With a down-to-earth approach that balances strategic decision making with financial discipline, Tony has consistently increased the profitability of his employers and client companies for over 30 years.

Tony is a seasoned financial, accounting, and management professional with over 25 years of experience working at the CFO level for private companies in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail and distribution, professional services, contractors, real estate investment and development, product development, restaurants, fiber network infrastructure, agriculture, and landscape waste recycling.

Tony has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota and he went on to complete Graduate Level Courses at the University of South Florida to obtain his Florida CPA License. The same moral and spiritual fiber of integrity that guides Tony in his professional life has led him to be actively involved in numerous charitable endeavors.

Tony is a Co-Founder of Bridge a Life, a 501c3 not for profit organization providing Christ-centered hope for children with relational trauma through awareness and family support, and Vision Team Leader for Ayinza, the organization’s long-term ministry and humanitarian project in Uganda, Africa.

In 2020, Tony joined the Board of Directors and leads the Finance Committee of the Safe Children Coalition, a non-profit provider of adoption, foster care, and child welfare services serving Sarasota, Manatee, and Desoto counties. Tony is a past 10-year Trustee of Bayside Community Church and Board Member of the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce Better Business Council.

Tony enjoys spending time with his 5 children, 3 of which are adopted from Sri Lanka and Uganda, traveling to interesting areas of the US and the world, and watching various sporting events.

In addition to serving clients’ day-to-day accounting needs, as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Matthew is retained by clients to investigate and report on a myriad of forensic accounting engagements involving known or suspected fraud.

His Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is a testament to his enhanced problem-solving skills and thorough working knowledge of internal controls, especially when it comes to meshing information technology and process improvement.

Over the years, Matthew has developed specialized assurance services for a variety of industries, including construction, manufacturing, and the not-for-profit sectors. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and, as a Guardian ad Litem with the 12^th Judicial Circuit Court, he advocates for children embroiled in the dependency court system.

Matthew is a United States Marine Corps combat veteran and member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), actively involved in the Braden River local (VFW Post 12055), where he chairs the finance committee. He also enjoys board games, lifting, cooking, coaching, and spending time with his wife Michele and their sons Declan and Asher.

Performing various accounting roles, including serving as Controller, for a variety of businesses in the service, retail and agriculture segments, as well as contractors and restaurants for over 25 years, Diana has accumulated vast knowledge of accurate accounting, budgeting, payroll, cash flow analyses, and audit and financial management, always with an eye on streamlining operations and reducing costs.

In 2004, she established her own CPA firm providing a full range of Controller services, including preparation of individual and business tax returns, to small business owners.

As Director of Accounting at CFO Integrity, Diana’s primary responsibility is ensuring that client financials are accurately prepared and that their business needs are addressed professionally and in a timely manner. She also oversees staff, providing the resources they need to meet client and company goals.

Diana enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including bicycling, kayaking, and camping, and loves spending time with her family.

With over 15 years of experience in accounting and information systems, Michelle’s diverse roles have included general ledger accounting, A/R, A/P, operations, internal controls, financial system integrations, help desk support, compliance, and logistics for a variety of businesses.

Michelle is driven by a passion to provide top-notch accounting services with an emphasis on creating efficiencies that contribute to the success of our clients and our team – and she does it all with a smile!

Michelle enjoys reading, kayaking, camping, fishing, biking, hiking, and anything that involves the outdoors. Items on her bucket list include skydiving, whitewater rafting, and rock climbing.
